I cannot choose anything but a printable label when buying USPS priority postage. I went to the settings and preferences, but I cannot choose anything other than the printable label dimensions. I have had 2 order so far that this happened to. I cannot get a QR code to generate.
What the heck I do not have a printer and have depended on the qr code option. The option stopped when I sold an item to be shipped to the authenticator I purchase TWO LABELS over $40 and am not refunded 3 days now. I can't affor to purchase another label hoping it works, HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE POST OFFICE AND SPEAK TO THE SUPERVISOR regarding this issue. ADD me to the list for having this issue PLEASE RESOLVE IT ADD THE OPTION BACK PLEASE. Click and ship option?
