Cancelled Item Arrived. Help With Returning

So I had an order cancelled and refund after it appeared that FedEx lost the package. The package has now arrived after weeks and I no longer need it. I alread contacted the seller who has offered to pay for shipping. We are confused though on if the seller can create a prepaid shipping label from my area back to them. Is there any way to do this?

Yes the seller can purchase a label at www.paypal.com/shipnow save it as a PDF and email it to you.

FedEx labels can not be created using PayPal labels - only USPS shipping labels - so unless the item can be shipped via a USPS service without costing triple the FedEx cost, that isn't going to be an option.

FedEx return labels also can't be created through eBay labels.

Only option for a FedEx return label would be through seller's own FedEx account.

What are the weight and dimensions of the package to be returned? To and from zipcodes would help too.

(guidance on shipping options may be possible based on that info)
