Canceled USPS Label

Hello. I sold an item on 2/1/25 & then the buyer canceled before it was sent out. I had already bought the shipping label. Since this was my very first sale, I had to pay with my credit card to refund the shipping label. How long does it take to get that label refunded by USPS? Thank you.

You sold your item on 2/1/25, but when did you ship the item? I am assuming you waited too long to ship the sold item, that's why the buyer cancelled the order. Nobody has the patience to wait that long. I wish my assumption is wrong here.

Did you void the shipping label?

It'll take 3 to 4 weeks to receive the refund.

They want to make sure it doesn't get used before refunding.

Hello. 🙂 The person ordered on 2/1, I printed the label & then a message came over that the order needed canceled. Like maybe 10 minutes tops. I did cancel the label, but I am still waiting for the refund. Thank you for your help. 🙂
