Hello. My account shows that I have 1 active listing, but I don’t have anything to sell at this time. I have uninstalled the app & reinstalled. It still shows up that way. Has anyone ever had that issue & how did you fix it? Thank you!

Hello. The person ordered on 2/1, I printed the label & then a message came over that the order needed canceled. Like maybe 10 minutes tops. I did cancel the label, but I am still waiting for the refund. Thank you for your help.
