I sold an item and printed a fedex label. The buyer requested to cancel the order after the label was created but before the item has been shipped. I cannot void the label as it is fedex and I cannot see any options for cancelling the order without voiding it. Has anyone had this happen? Any help is appreciated.
With FedEx you do not get charged for the label until or unless you actually ship your order with the label. If you don't use it, just destroy it, you won't get charged for it. Easy.
