Hello everyone,
I'm trying to upload a tracking number to eBay generated from a PayPal postage purchase. I had to buy postage using a workaround since eBay does not let me insure separate orders with combined shipping. I've tried to upload the number via "My Ebay" and "Seller Hub" per the instructions in the help section, but it's not happening. I'm getting a "Something went wrong. Please try again later" error. Anyone encounter this and, if so, how do I fix it? Thanks.
