Ok so here's my problem, not a huge problem, but still i'm curious why this is happening.
You guys know that when you buy an item, it shows up in "my summary page under the list of items you purchased. However, when return an item for a refund, or get a refund on the item, it no longers becomes viewable in the summary page and only is viewable in the "purchase history" page under "returns and cancelled orders", where you can click case or return details and also view the refund details.
My problem is that bought an item a while back, i returned and as soon i as opened the return request, the item doesn't up on the summary page, not on the purchase history page neither. The seller refunded me, and there's no way for me to see the refunds details because the item don't show up anywhere in the purchase history. It's as if i never even bought the item. this is weird. I've am able to see other items returned on the purchase history page but not this one. Why is it not showing up anywhere in purchase history? Luckily, i'm still able to see the return details by viewing my email or checking my ebay inbox to see the message ebay sent me regarding the item return details. But i'm still curious why the refunded item don't show up anywhere in purchase history? it's only this item, other items show up there.
