Can't print shipping labels nor scan form

What is going on? Labels and scan forms have printed just fine for years, including last Saturday. Today, Monday, I paid for 5 labels and eBay sent them to a PDF file instead of my Chrome desk top. 

I cannot print any shipping labels nor the scan form no matter what I do. PDF will open, I see the labels, I hit Print and it sends it all to another download. Continuous loop of sending it all to repeated downloads.

What did eBay do???????????????????

Help please. 5 buyers are going to be very angry when their items don't ship today.

Try taking screenshots of each label and printing those.

Sounds like software/settings issues in regards to PDFs. You say they open as PDF, so why can't you print inside acrobat or some other pdf reader?
