Having issues printing labels today. Different problems for each package but nonetheless can't print them. Did get one printed - but did not include receipt. All packages due out today. Anyone else?

@nsjensen There are other threads on this issue and many have noted that clearing cache, cookies and history fixed the problem. My sister tried that and now it works for her. Good luck!

You are not alone... was able to print packing slip for one, but not the other, and can't print postage at all...stays gray instead of blue.

Yea - That's it. Just spoke to a friend who tried for 3 hours and finally got it to work. So I guess I will just keep trying. I sure hope they do not ding us for late shipping.

Just printed one off with no issue. Maybe fixed or a regional server issue.

The page wouldn't open in Google Chrome but worked in FireFox for me.

I started having issues at that same time. I can now print labels, but I do not get the receipt & I see no option on "how" to add the receipt portion. Frustrating indeed!!!

I haven't been able to print labels since about that time and it's still broken today (7/27). Had to open an account with Pirateship.com in order to process my orders.

Mine has not worked for a week...since last wed the 20th. Really impressed with the way ebay gets right on these problems. And how they answer the questions about them....NOT!!!!

I have been having this problem for a week. They say my payment options for the label can't be loaded on the website. I had to go to my app and purchase a label and then have them emailed to me and printed. Couple extra steps...its annoying, but at least I can ship. Why is this still going on? Doesn't ebay have anyone that knows how to fix this? You would think....
