I started having issues at that same time. I can now print labels, but I
do not get the receipt & I see no option on "how" to add the receipt
portion. Frustrating indeed!!!

The Tom Swift series books with the pictorial covers have a small white
diamond on the spine. Sometimes the series # appears inside the diamond
- other times, below the white diamond. What does the placement signify?
