I read somewhere that shipping rates weren't going to go up for First Class Mail until July of this year. Did anyone else notice the rates have gone up anyway on ebay? Seems like they were lower than this.

I have been a member on ebay a long time. I am just wondering when ebay lost control of this site? The buyers are much worse (not all, but enough to be frustrating)...they know how to open a return or payment dispute, but they can't answer any emails...
