Still unable to print. No service detected.

I just had to use pirate ship, very easy to incorporate them over. Annoying, but I can get them shipped

ive gotten 3 labels to work in 2 hours of trying.
On the bright side it's still a more pleasant experience than adding item specifics to listings.

Hey everyone, I have received an update from our Shipping Team!
"We have resolved the eBay Shipping labels issue sellers were experiencing. We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your patience while we restored the label printing functionality. Thank you for selling on eBay

Since this began happening, has anyone generated a QR code that worked when you took the package to the post office?

This problem is now appearing all over the .uk forum so it looks to be a site wide mess up.

@sapphire_studio wrote:I just printed all my labels with pirate ship and it worked. I selected all packages that were the same weight and was able to do all of those at once and then repeat it with each of the different weights that I'm sending. That saved some time. Not as fast as eBay bulk shipping but I guess I'll get a little credit card reward points from it.
FYI @sapphire_studio if you have a PayPal account and set your credit card as the default payment method, you can select PayPal for eBay USPS labels (not UPS/FedEx) and get points or cash back on every label purchase.
I'm of the opinion that using "available funds" to pay for labels on eBay is throwing money in the trash. I use my cash back credit card and sink all that moolah into new inventory.

Jeez, when I was a programmer, you used to have to do extensive testing on changes BEFORE you went live.

@robertgrahamfan wrote:PirateShip doesn't appear to be able to generate QR codes. Utterly worthless.
You can generate QR codes with the stamps.com app @robertgrahamfan . They just launched their app and the QR process was easy - don't think QR codes are available through their website though.
With stamps.com you can set up an account with a free trial, then call their customer service and ask to be switched to the free account for eBay sellers. Less bells & whistles, but still great.

@ritch_relics wrote:yep, same here. Additionally I was unable to cancel or reprint previous labels.
That functionality should be restored as soon as labels are back up. In case anybody needs info on those processes:
To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
To void a shipping label purchased through eBay, go to this page, find the order and select Void from the Actions drop-down. The void option is available for 5 days.
It takes between 2-4 weeks to receive a refund on an unused, voided label. You'll see the refund on your original source of payment (bank, credit card, etc) and the funds will appear in your account without an email notification.
Printed eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-refundable and cannot be voided.
eBay International Standard Delivery labels are not charged to your account until they are used, so there is no void option.
