Can not print Global shipping label

For over a month now I can not print Global Prgm. ship labels from ebay order summary -create label page on both the classic and mobile site pages. When I use the pull down menus to add actual wt/dimensions, insurance, or change the ship method to Pr. Mail, the boxes or my selections switch right back to whatever it was set at upon opening the page. I called 4 times since I started having this issue and 4 different advisors said different things. 2 said ebay tech is aware of issue and working on it as other sellers have also reported it. The other 2 said its the 1st time they are hearing about this and would tell their supervisor. This is setting me back in time and money because the only way to create a global label and get it out in 1 business day is through PayPal. I do not get any shipping discount using PayPal to print labels. In fact they charge me a fee to use them to print labels. So I called ebay again and ask them if they are going to reimburse me (since it's their fault, not mine that I am being forced to use PayPal to create global labels) for the difference? The advisor spoke to his supervisor and said to hold my receipts to send them to ebay for reimbursement. Is this problem happening with any other sellers? Please reply! Thanks!

I don’t understand how you can get accurate calculated shipping costs if you don’t specify the package dimensions on the listing?  

As far as specifying different shipping options on the listing, that doesn’t apply to gsp buyers as they only see one generic option which is a combination of the gsp’s international portion and of the first option that you have listed.

I’m not saying that changing the service or other info is causing the problem because I honestly have no idea.

I am using GSP for the first time and clicked on Print Shipping Label in the mobile app and the error I receive says Label Printing for GSP is not supported at this time. Then I went to the “sold” email I received and there was a button in that email to print the label.  I clicked on that and it opened Safari where I was brought to the eBay login page, logged in, and it showed the page to print the label. I was able to print the label successfully there.  I didn’t need to change the size or weight of the package, but it appeared that I could change it if I had wanted.  I am using an iPhone.

I also can’t print a label for gps?! Which doesn’t allow me to try a different way to ship given the address is the local gps facility. I have tried a few ways. Maybe the pandemic has this form of shipping closed. I haven’t received a message back from seller. Very frustrating as a seller who tries to do next pay shipping to ensure good reviews as a new seller. Contacting eBay is closed due to the pandemic. I once had a issue before for a shipping issue they fixed it quickly.

Are you sure those listings were set up to use the gsp? When I look at your active listings, some of them use the gsp, some of them use ebay international delivery which is a different program and some just have shipping to the US.

Here it is June and the problem still exists. I too am having problems and contacted eBay without resolution. What is our 10% fee going to?
