I've never seen anything like it before. It said on the listing that the seller was in the U.S., one state over from me in fact, and it is a 3 oz strap for a CPAP machine, free shipping. Smart package between USPS and UPS?

Well, I received the item, late of course, and left neutral feedback saying something like, "item as described, good price, but arrived late. This item ships from China, not New Jersey, so buyers be aware that the shipping time is not accurate." The feedback is now gone. Oh well.

It's actually an Ebay policy violation to misrepresent the location of the item the seller is selling. If they say they are in New Jersey on the listing page but they're actually in China or India they should be reported for that

Don't try to apply logic. USPS has it's own mixed up convoluted way of shipping. Always trying to find the cheapest way to get a package to you. Maybe it's being shipped via a private contracted driver, like Amazon Flex.

Glorygifts: Right. It' seems drop shipped, but routing it to the customer is convoluted.

Turns out, they lied about the product location on the listing and it shipped from China. Thanks for your response tho.
