A buyer purchased an item and realized they were local. I want to switch to a local pickup instead of shipping, is there a way to do that without refunding the whole thing?
Not if the buyer has already paid. Best to cancel the transaction for buyer request and relist with the local pickup option. This way buyer gets the pickup code to give you so you can confirm delivery to ebay.
