Can I exclude shipping to certain continental US states?

I am a US seller and wish to exclude shipping to several states. Is that possible?  I looked in the shipping preferences but was unable to find a way to do it.  Thanks in advance for your responses.

Alaska and Hawaii is the only states you can block.

As it happens I understand what that means. Although the bulk of them are filed in Illinois there have also been cases filed in Florida and New York. And I am not sure it is limited to items being sold into Illinois, but items offered for sale online in general since these are filed in Federal Court not state court. But I agree it is a problem.

 I don’t ship to Canada,  had bad experiences with every buyer I sold to there. The past 2 sales to California buyers have been bad as well. I was wanting to exclude CA as a shipping location. I sell on other venues and historically CA buyers have been a big ole pain. Just my opinion.

You do realize that CA and Canada are not the same country?

Do you want to block Canada, or CA -- California?

You can block foreign countries like Canada (you aren't, by the way), but not other US states like California, except for Alaska and Hawaii.

You can only block the states Hawaii and Alaska. Even if you could block other states you can still get problem buyers from anywhere in the United States.

I can honestly say that I have never had problem buyers from anywhere, even when I sold all over the world. And I have been selling online since 1999.

The state abbreviation for California is CA.  I already do not ship to Canada, it is on my exclusion list. Look again. Thanks for the condescending reply.

I have had a few problem buyers over the years, nothing I couldn't handle. I've been selling on eBay since 2003.
