I need help! I put in the wrong package detentions on my auctions package. It has bids so I can’t change this now. Does anyone know if I can change it when making the shipping label?

If no bids on it...but if bids are on it you cannot change the cost of buyer paying for shipping after a bid has been placed on it.
I assume it's an auction with no bids.

The auction does have bids and the shipping section is locked

What weight/dimensions did you enter into the listing @ejcollects and what are the actual package weight/dimensions for the wood plane?
I can throw those into the eBay shipping calc and let you know if you should expect a rate difference based on the dimension difference.
Edit: Actually you charged a flat rate $10 ship so changing dimensions wouldn't have changed what buyer paid anyway. You're only getting $10 for ship regardless of how much the label costs or where the buyer lives.

But wouldn't it be nice to know buyer still pays the same cost of shipping and the seller will pay more?

Of course I agree it's good to know that, but the seller made that decision when they set up flat rate shipping instead of calculated shipping, so they're probably already aware the buyer-paid ship cost is locked in regardless of label cost. 🤷
If the seller wasn't aware then it's good you alerted them.

Yea...we get so many sellers here who post 'why did my shipping it cost more?'...LOL
