Hi ebay.
I want to buy an item located in California, when I click the buy button then an import tax apply to the shipping cost. This item has to go to Europe, It has to be exported from USA , why pay import tax then?
I have my own freight forwarder that can pick up the item and deliver the item to me in Europe/Denmark and then I have to pay import tax and duties.
How can we trade without the ebay shipping program, is it possible.
Best regards Freddy

A quality seller will not let you bypass their shipping options. And trying to bypass import taxes is likely a crime.

Because it is being imported from the USA. No way around that legally.
And as far a "I have my own freight forwarder that can pick up the item" - that is just never going to happen. The seller would loose all protections against item not received claims.
It is what it is and it can not be changed.

The shipping options were chosen by the seller. It sounds like they use the Global Shipping Program.
It is never a good idea for seller to use the buyers carrier as the seller is responsible to make sure the item is shipped and delivered.
You can change your shipping address to the freight forwarder so it is not delivered internationally.
