Are you trying to purchase a label for USPS postage, or for FedEx or UPS? You can't ship to a PO Box address using FedEx or UPS.

How is he going to send you another address? You have to ship to the address provided by ebay at the time of payment in order to have any seller protection. If you ship to any other address (such as him giving you another address through ebay messages), you will likely lose the item and the money.

YOU CAN NOT SHIP TO ANOTHER ADDRESS. You MUST ship to the address provided in the payment. Tell the buyer that you MUST CANCEL the sale with problem with the buyers address and then you relist and he/she rebuys and then when they pay, they MUST write the address where they want the item shipped. This is the ONLY way that you are protected as a seller. Did the item sell for $750.oo ? If yes, YOU MUST PAY FOR SIGNATURE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Or you will also void your seller protection if the buy claims that they did not get. Inform the buyer. IF they get nasty, then for sure they are trying to scam you. Take that item and sell it somewhere locally and only accept cash. You are a new seller. Scammers love newbies. You are prime beef to them.
IF the buyer does it wrong, then you cancel again.

No kidding. That is the problem I am having. I need to ship UPS, ebay collected $95 shipping. Because he used PO BOX its grayed. My question is how do I change that address?

Im not shipping to another address. Im trying to find out how to fix this so he can fix it on his end. But cancelling the transaction? I might lose it.
Does he change his address prior to repurchasing it?
I cant believe this doesnt happen more

sold for less than 750

As you were advised, you cant 'fix' this. That item should have been listed as pick up only. Did you weigh it to get that $95 shipping? It looks huge and very heavy.

As you've been told, UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO boxes.
You, the seller, need to cancel, citing "problem with buyer's address" as the reason.
You would then need to relist it, with USPS as the carrier.
If he wants it delivered to his PO box, the carrier will have to be changed to USPS.
What are you afraid of losing?
The item? You still have it.
The buyer's payment? You still have that also.
The box is grayed out (again) because UPS does not deliver to PO boxes.

You don't. If you change it then you lose all seller protection. Your can:
- Ship USPS and pay the difference out of pocket.
- Communicate with the buyer, tell then UPS won't deliver to a PO box so you need to cancel the sale and they can repurchase entering their street/home address for delivery. Yes, there is risk the buyer may not repurchase.

you should read this thread. I don't think that your item will ship for that cheap and ebay will come for the actual costs.
