Buyer provided former shipping address

I shipped item to Buyers eBay/PayPal confirmed address and then was advised by buyer that the address was their old one and that they now lived in another state. The Item was delivered to thier old address and they expect me to sort things out.  I DID ship it to their eBay CONFIRMED address as per Seller Protection requirement.

The buyer has to sort it out. They provided you with the wrong address. Suggest that they contact the residents at their old address& ask for the package. You will win an eBay and a PayPal dispute. It’s out of your hands now.
