Hi everyone the buyer alerted me to an incorrect address after the parcel had been shipped. He then proceeded to have the parcel intercepted at his local post office. I wasn't too concerned until USPS lost the package and has closed the lost item cases. The buyer is now asking that I start a usps claim and has not started an ebay return request or did not receive to request. I am not sure how to respond to the buyers request to start a claim without a return and would love some insight.
