Anyone : how long must a Seller wait if a buyer Has Not picked Up item before item if forfeited - considered abandoned?

As long as you got paid...it wouldn't bother me when item is picked up. The longer the buyer waits...the less time they get to return an item. I see 30 days in the picture...but just a thought.

No deadline seems in publication under ebay help pages. Only guidance I would refer you to lies in the Money Back Guarantee. It uses the established Delivery Date as a guideline:

I'd give a couple weeks, then cancel the order as a problem with the buyers address and refund.

OMG no. Why are we giving bad advice? Don't cancel and refund!
eBay considers Available for pickup to be the same as Delivered. After 15 days, the item will be Return to sender, which is also considered Delivered.
Just let it play out @storeclerk and if the item comes back, you can refund less shipping and fees.

I think the answer to your question depends of whether this is a local pickup item or whether you shipped it.
Shipped item:
If it's an item you shipped and tracking shows as "available for pickup" at the buyer's post office, I wouldn't worry about it nor would I contact the buyer. If the buyer never picks it up and it's RTS, once you receive it, you can issue a refund for the price of the item, deducting your fees and original shipping.
Local pickup item:
If it's a local pickup, I'd contact the buyer to ask if they've changed their mind. If no response, I'd give the buyer 7 days and then cancel and refund, deducting fees.
