I have a lot of patience, but I am about at the end of it. My buyer purchased and paid for an item last night, (11:15 p.m.) then immediately contacted me to say that she meant for it to be shipped to her daughter in another state (Whom is on her account) Believe me she wasn't pleasant. So I canceled the sale and refunded her money. After about 10 emails this morning and her calming down she wanted to purchase the dress again and have it mailed before 1:00. The dress still showed sold on eBay and would let me sell similar. So I made a new listing, sent her the information and she purchased the dress again. Now for the "kicker" . she clicked the wrong address again! #%$* So is there anything that can be done from my end. Thank You.

The daughter is on the buyers account? How do you know that? I have never heard of two buyers having one account with two different addresses?

I think that means the daughters shipping address is on her account. I have a couple on mine for shipping gifts. The default will be the last one used, not always your own.

How frustrating. I would let her know that you were only able to go to the post office first thing but now since there is a continued issue you will not be able to mail it by 1:00. Maybe this will make her say forget the whole thing and you can decide whether or not to block her and relist dress in a few days. I wouldn't be surprised if she sends a return request down the line if you go forward, but up to you of course.

She sent me a screen shot of her address and her two daughters which she says that she has things sent to all of the time. Sorry I didn't explain it right. They are on a shipping list.

Thank you for your help. It is not even an expensive dress, I don't know why she is determined that her daughter have it with going through all this hassle. The has bought and paid for it twice. ( I refunded the first time and thought I was done with it)

You are aware if you alter the shipping address you loose seller protections and there is a possibility of a charge back citing to not delivered to address in the transaction.

Tell your Buyer if they need it shipped to another address, they need to contact e-Bay CS & tell e-Bay they need an order change.
E-Bay will send you an email as the Seller indicating there is a change needed, etc. We had this happen once - received an email from e-Bay, yadda yadda. We sent it to the address in the email from e-Bay and assumed if there was an issue, there was an "e-Bay CS" paper trail.
If this is legit (and who the hey knows at this point), they will reach out to e-Bay and you will get an email. If it is not, or you do not hear anything further, you can either ship the dress to the Buyer (the address you have) or you can cancel for the 2nd time. Buyer can leave you FB on both transactions unfortunately.
Hate to ask - but what does this Buyer's FB left for others look like?

She screwed up twice, AND she was rude?
Cancel and block.

If you didn't already know it, this has cost you 30 cents twice now. Not sure how much profit you are going to have on your dress, but each cancellation costs you 30 cents.

As of now the buyer purchased your dress two times with the wrong address and she wasn't apologetic about it. If you decide to be helpful you would have to cancel the sale again which means in the very least you have lost the $0.30 transaction fee twice. If you want to pursue the sale I would increase the price of the dress by $.060 if she again wants to purchase the dress. Or you could cancel the sale and block this buyer from making another purchase since you don't really know if on a third time she would get it right. You can cancel the sale as a problem with the buyers address. You can't change the address from your end because you won't have seller protection by sending to an unconfirmed address. I also believe that you should call eBay and explain the problem to prevent this buyer from leaving you negative feedback for her mistakes.

As I understand it, she has made mistakes twice that have cost you money both times, and instead of being very apologetic, she has been rude. Right so far? She has also been demanding about shipping quickly, expecting extra effort from you after her goof-ups. Is this correct? If so, I would be glad to have gotten this advance warning that this is someone I might not want to be involved in a business deal with. If I saw any red donuts given out in her feedback for others (as someone else mentioned, you can and should check that) that looked unreasonable, that would solidify my decision to not allow her to buy from me.

I agree with others here that after the second time, I would cancel the order (thus refunding) and block.
However, if you had another shipping label source (like Pirate Ship), you could have shipped to the address she wanted it to go to the first time.
A Pirate Ship account is free and would sinc with eBay.....tracking number sent to eBay and the buyer when you print the label. Advantage being that you can ship to any address you enter into the shipping label.
So you would have provided a tracking number which would have been proof of delivery, maybe good enough to get the deal done and much less hassle.
It would be your call to ship an item with no eBay protection after some due diligence and the buyer didn't seem scammy, just a little ditzy.

You can do that with ebay labels too, but either way you lose the little bit of protection for shipping to an address other than the one provided with the payment.
If the item is inexpensive, I just go ahead and change it on ebay and ship.
