Recently sold an item and shipped it using the address provide to me from the sale. The delivery was to a address in the US (to me it looked like some sort of airport that then ships internationally) and arrived on the 24th, but my tracking number on ebay has converted from a usps number to a global tracking number now and that global tracking says the package is now supposed to arrive at the buyers address on February 4th. After the buyer showed concern that the old tracking number said it was delivered on the 24th, they informed me that they live in Canada (international for me) and that the address that I sent it to wasn't the right address since they don't live in the US. The buyer is now saying that they believe the shipping information was hacked and I sent it to the "wrong" address.
Not sure what to do or believe. Is the US address a international trade spot that then delivers the package to them internationally? Did the buyer just send the wrong address? Any information to help me would be greatly appreciated thanks!

Was the address you sent it to in the state of Kentucky?

With eBay GSP it goes to Kentucky first, prepped for customs, then shipped out with new tracking number. Takes about 2-3 days before the new tracking number shows.

Oh yah sometimes it says delivered when it hits Kentucky (stupid) but he will get it. I've received many this way in Canada.

The item is being shipped using the GSP and it'll show being delivered to Kentucky.
Once they prepare the package for shipping, the buyer will get a new tracking number, with tracking from Kentucky to their address.
