A buyer changed their mind AFTER their item shipped. They haven't even received it, and they already opened a SNAD claim, so the return was approved. If that isn't bad enough, now my funds are being held so I cannot ship other items that were sold. My PayPal account has a 0 balance since, of course, I have managed payments. I did a transfer from my bank account to fund my PayPal, but it's going to be 3-5 business days until the balance is available for shipping.
Question 1: How do I ship items when my balance is held? The amount of the return is far less than my current balance. Why am I unable to ship? I have been selling for years and have 100% positive feedback. I won't meet my turnaround times if they don't release my funds.
Question 2: I reported the buyer for abusing returns, as the item has not even been received. No word from eBay and it's been three days. I told them to look at the messages back and forth where the buyer was threatening me with physical violence. I was going to refund them even though I have a no returns policy; however, they opened a case before they even received the item. What are the odds I will win this case?

Just sit back and wait for your buyer to crash and burn: They have to return the item they have not received using the return label BEFORE THE DEADLINE. No return? No refund.

You provided the tracking number to prove the item is still in transit?

Sorry to hear you too have been neglected by eBay. As a seller, I feel as though we are on our own, often working as an adversary to eBay. It seems as though eBay bends over easily for the buyer and is always willing to sacrifice the seller.
Best of luck and don't expect much from eBay.

The second Paypal account is a fantastic idea. I really appreciate that!
