Buyer Return item by selection reason item is defective

Hi,

       one of my buyer opened return request by reason item is defective, i received item back , i checked the item, item  is not defective buyer lie, if i tell buyer item is not defective he will not accept that is reason he opened return,what should be effective solution?

1. You refund the buyer.
2. You put the buyer on your Blocked Buyers List.
3. You report the buyer to eBay for abusing the Money Back Guarantee and provide details (you can report from either your orders or the case).
4. You can call eBay and tell them that the buyer has abused the Money Back Guarantee, and that the product works fine ... sometimes they will give you a courtesy refund on the return shipping that you had to pay.

Buyers can lie through their teeth and you still have to refund.
