Buyer Address Issue

I have a buyer that just messaged me, 6 days after the "Delivered" date, and claims that the item I shipped to her was shipped to the wrong address and was delivered to a vacant commercial building close to her. She states "I wasn’t paying attention and eBay autocorrected/changed my address.". She is now requesting a refund for the item or at the very least the shipping cost. I shipped to the address provided at the time of the purchase. I am going to recommend her to reach out to Ebay and see if they can assist being she claims their system changed her address. I feel I did my part and shipped to the address provided to me.

Question is, Does it appear that I am in any way on the hook for anything here?

Buyer Address Issue

She can file a non-receipt claim. If she does that, open the claim and click the update tracking option - it will be prefilled and then you click the confirm button.

In a few days when you're presented with an option to ask eBay to step in - click on that and in the comments box enter something like, "Item shipped to address on order details and delivered by [carrier] on [date] tracking [#]. Then submit.

As long as you respond within the claim to confirm tracking and as long as you shipped to the address on the order, you should have seller protections.

Walk without rhythm, it won't attract the worm.
