I purchased the Flex Edge Beater for F Series, but when it arrived, it was not the KFEF6L that was in the description, and did not have the "F" mark that indicates an "F" series.
I requested for a refund because it is not as described, but the seller refused, saying that the picture had the model name written very small in the corner, and I did not ask the right question.
But the item name specifically said that it is a F Series that will fit a glass bowl, the description and model number is also stated KFEF6L, and I even asked before purchasing the item “...the bowl of the stand mixer in the picture is not glass. Can it be used for a 6qt glass bowl ?” And I received a reply from the seller saying, “yes it can.”
I have tried explaining many times, but the seller will not approve of my request for refund.
I have contacted the seller several times but the seller sounds very oppressive and rejecting me from the start. I opened a case requesting for a refund but I am not able to ask ebay to step in, and the seller will not reply. Is there anything else I can do?

If the item is not as described, if it is within 30 days of the receipt of the item, you are covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. Just go to the eBay Resolution Center under Help & Contact and file a not as described return case.
If it has been over 30 days, eBay can't help you any more, but you should be able to file a case through Paypal or your credit card that you paid with. Good luck.
