Hello, I bought an engine listing said “low miles, plug and play, tested and running, 1yr warranty”
engine arrived and its completely junk clogged like a brick, this same item was in a previous listing marked as sold, when ask the seller, he replied that previous buyer canceled the offer.
engine looks like it was retuned previously since it has screw driver marks on top like if some other buyer was trying to scrap off the gunk that is like lacquer.
long story short seller sent usps return label , usps doesn’t accept the engine since it may contain oils and hazardous liquids, and it weights 400+ pounds.
what should I do?

Definitely open a return case w/Ebay if you haven't. And explain to them that no carrier - UPS, FedX or USPS will accept the return. BTW, is the seller covering the cost of the 'return'? I doubt he will be able to get it done either.
