1st of all if this is a legit carrier, then why does eBay HIDE it as the ship method until after purchase, unlike USPS, FedEx, & UPS?

2nd if this is a legit carrier, then why do they routinely pocket the item yet update shipping as 'Delivered - Handed Directly to Resident' in addition to an exact time to appear unquestionably precise?!

3rd - bottom line - is how does eBay allow such a gamble of a carrier?!?

Carrier? A quick google search shows it as a health care charity of some sort in Iowa (BluesCare)...

Bluecare Express is basically a logistics company that translates otherwise non-standard tracking numbers, like those of Amazon, to a tracking number that can be validated online by ebay.
