I print multi labels (both regular and QR code labels), and eBay charged me every time I print a new label. I successfully used one label and delivered the item to the buyer. How to get the extra labels payment back? How to contact with a real agent?

This sounds like your error.

Why would you print two different labels for the same shipment without canceling one of them if there was a mistake?

I'm new to selling on eBay. After I print regular label, eBay didn't show the QR code option any more. eBay keeps showing the same amount of shipping fee I have even after I printed the first label.

Go to you shipping labels page and find the label that was not use and select cancel. Make sure you do not cancel the wrong one. You have limited time to do this.

Will take a few weeks to get the refund.

When you're selling a used item, you need photos of the item, not a stock image of a new one.

Perhaps this is a silly questions but why do you need a QR code if you have the ability to print a label? I thought that people who used QR codes did so because they didn't have a printer. They would have the code on their phone, show it to the clerk at the postal office who would then print the label for them. Is there another reason to 'print' a QR code for a USPS label?
