What is the best way to ship a Wacom Cintiq drawing tablet? It is large and I don't want any chance of damage during shipping. How should I package it for the most cost effective shipping? I am having trouble finding a box that works via USPS. Thank you!

It depends. Is it one of those large ones that's something like 16x30 inches @ghobrioco? An item like that should be double boxed and due to the size you'll be hit with dimensional rate shipping. Give us some details like model, item size and weight and we can help with more specific advice.
If it's one of the models that typically sells in the $80-100 or so range, you'd be better off with a local pickup option. If it's one of the models that typically sells in the $300-500 range then it could be worth shipping as long as you're willing to risk that amount of money on a low FB account with the scammers out there targeting new and low FB sellers. I'm not saying don't sell it. I'm saying if you're gonna do it then take the risk with your eyes open about the possibility that things can go wrong.

UPS or FedEx
Go to a store, they help you with a correct box
Place a fragile mark on the package
Use good amount of Bubble Wrap

Drawing table via USPS is entiely possible; I would simply detach all hardware and custom create your external shipping box "Base" snugly fitted to perimeter of the tablet. You can easily double layer cardboard on top and bottom surfaces of your shipment. Place your tablet "facedown" in your packing box combined with double layer corrugated or bubble wrap bottom. I would also recommend you can improvise "corner protectors.. After positioning tablet facedown with the corner protectors simply snug tablet edge. Next apply sheet bubble back spanning tablet back side surface which shuld be facing up! Next simply package up any loose materials fasteners, and individually group and bundle hardware smaller. Last thing is top layer cardboard or bubble flat wrap, rounded out with your final custom box lid.
I would highly recommend applying "Fragile" or "Heavy Object" most importantly if you want to insure correct shipping orientation insure your shipping labels documentation is applied top side surface and then clearly mark "Handle This Side Up" all four corners on shipping lid.
note: insure to check postal insurance has adequate insurance equal to value of item. If postal system accepts your shipment, and you have purchased insurance of the full insured value. Grab at snapshot of the shipment when they accept your payment and process shipment. Gold Star; if it arrives damaged in any way, you can prove the manner it which it was shipped, including the protection of insurance. I can't recall but I think basic insured value is upto $100 but verify that with local postal agent!
