When I ship an item on ebay, Paypal shows a reduction of my balance for an automatic payment to Ebay, Inc Shipping. The the next day there is another deduction from my checking account to "Paypal Instant Xfer". I just realized that this has been happening for a few months. I have always paid for shipping from my Paypal balance. I still do, but I am paying a second time with my checking account and the money is not being deposited to my Paypal account to cover the first shipping charge. I have emailed Paypal but not heard back yet. Anyone else have this problem and how was it resolved?
