The seller shipping time always late and over 30 days. He charged each item the shipping fee. But he add some item shipped together. Those item are questionable. The item shipped too long.  I can't leave the feed back to him when I found some problems about the item.  And he wait a long time to sent me the item sometimes.

Did the items arrive by the last estimated delivery date? If so, they weren't late. If not, you can (apparently) return them as an item not as described per Trinton.

As for the shipping, you were aware before bidding/buying what was charged.
