Awaiting Shipment but I shipped. Mark as shipped does not work. EBay says others have problem.

Normally entering a tracking number automatically marks the item as having being shipped. Does it still show up on your awaiting shipment page?  I know I had a problem with marking items as shipped but that wasa while ago.  It works fine for me now.

And for 19 years that has been true....  This one time it says awaiting shipment and past due and yes the tracking number is right there.  And I tried XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10 and there is no way to get it to accept mark as shipped.  (I guess I have not tried an android phone...)  I hope they fix this....

I have had the same problem twice in the last month. The first time it corrected itself within 24 hrs, I did call in to CS and was told they would submit a ticket.

The second time (last week) the same problem....used eBay label, tracking showed on the selling page and also in the order details section. But, it showed awaiting shipment and add tracking? I called in again and the agent said the same thing. I asked what If I click on the box "shipped" while I had them on the phone ,I did  and it resolved it right there.

Have no idea why this is occurring, but in both instances I had 2 separate orders to ship, printed each individually one after the other. The 1st was fine but in both cases the 2nd order had the problem.

Don't know if that helps, but this has been my experience.

Well they fixed it, the auction is no longer showing as needing shipment.  Who knows if anything I did or others did helped.  But somehow it was fixed.  Hope it stops happening for both of us!

This issue has reared its ugly head several times this year @cody111111. eBay fixes it then weeks later it flares up again. If it happens again just ignore it unless your on time metrics are actually impacted. When it's happened to me I've archived those orders just to get them out of my awaiting shipping filter. It's really annoying, but so far it hasn't impacted my on time shipping stats.
