A single buyer paid for and picked up two items. Yay! The website marks both items "delivered" but also shows that I still need to ship one of them. How do I communicate to the site that everything is in order? I don't want to get dinged for late delivery. Both I and the buyer are happy.

You used the QR code scan or manually entered the code, correct?
