So as strange as this may be, all of the shipments I’ve made during this holiday season have arrived in the normal shipping time. Anywhere from 3-6 days. I haven’t had ANY delays, and used USPS for all of my shipments.
On the other hand, I have packages that I ordered the first week of December (from non-eBay stores) that still have not arrived.
Has anyone else not been affected by the shipping times. I honestly was not expecting my recent sales to have delivery dates before Jan 1, so this has been surprising.

I've received crackerjack service from USPS all year long... both coming and going. We are among the lucky ones.

The only one I have had considerable delay on was a lot of 3 berry strainers that i wanted to use for epoxy pouring to create a MOD flower look on a desktop. They were ordered on 12/13 from Amazon and had a 3 day expected delivery.

Consider yourself lucky. I have had 80% of my orders held up in various hubs across the country.

Not to be rude but you must not sell much. Packages are out there and the percentage is extremely high for delays. It has to be at least 80% as someone mentioned and I think even closer to 90%.
Also the Thanksgiving weekend and few days afterwards seemed to be the worst. If you did mail at this time consider yourself blessed by the USPS gods that your package made it without delays. I've had 1st class move along in most cases ok. Again ok / minor delay but not extreme. There were also few that were out there on vacation enjoying the ride.
Priority was the problem generally. Those sat here, then there, then over somewhere.
I believe in karma. So if it didnt happen yet then its your turn soon. USPS doesnt discriminate.

I don’t have any packages that arrived within the delivery windows eBay graciously provided. The 3 days parcel post from NJ to Alabama, or the 3 day to Texas, or the next day to New York State or the 5 days to Hawaii. I still have a package shipped on the 11th that hasn’t arrived in MD, and many others shipped on or after the 14th that haven’t arrived. The fastest deliveries have been through FedEx.

Well 3 feedbacks during the busiest shopping time I would say you are correct. My 2 -3 day priority packages are taking 12 days on average.

I’ve sold more than those three items I’ve gotten feedback for. As many of us know - feedback doesn’t represent how many sales someone makes. But I am not someone with an eBay store. I’ve had a total of 21 sales the last month and a half - but all items thus far have arrived on time

You’re using the word karma incorrectly......
None the less, I definitely am not a big eBay seller. I’ve had 21 sales the last month and a half. But still, all of those did arrive on time. Which I was not expecting.

I've only had three that were significantly delayed, and of those, two of them have been delivered so far. I have one from the 10th still out there, but everything else is from the 18th on.

You are lucky. Pretty much any packages having to go through larger metropolitan areas have been sitting for days in sorting centers and there is no rhyme or reason as to why some are delayed and some haven't. Today I received an item sent first class from Florida to NY in four days, and yet a priority mail package sent from Massachusetts to NY has so far taken 8 days and after sitting in various sorting centers for multiple days is still sitting in the same local sorting center that processed the other package in a day. Give a logical explanation for that, USPS.
Anyone with ANY foresight whatsoever would have been able to predict MONTHS AGO that there would be unprecedented shipping volume this year and that the covid situation might complicate matters. Why, then, could the USPS not foresee this and do what is necessary to prepare for it? This situation only came about because of their own ineptitude and failure to do what was necessary to prevent - or at least mitigate - it. While other carriers also faced the same unprecedented volume and experienced some delays, they at least were competent enough to have the foresight to do what was necessary to mitigate those delays. The USPS knows they don't have live by the rules of other businesses and they'll be in business no matter how incompetent they are, so they simply don't gave a **bleep**.

most of mypackages to CA have arrived in normal time. Everything else is sitting in PA. Luckily only one customer has contacted me about late shipment. Their package is to be delivered today,

I am using it correctly. Just because you dont get it doesnt mean I'm incorrect.
I believe Karma will catch up with you for coming on here with sellers so full of pain and USPS trauma.
No empathy. People are losing money left and right due to nothing they did. Its horrific out there.
The post appears as gloating. Many are deeply hurt and its insulting. Say how grateful you are. AND lucky.
Say prayers for the thousands, if not millions of packages, buyers, and sellers who are still dealing with this USPSdemic.
It's only slightly better. Theres still more damage coming.
