Anyone else getting the message USPS Experiencing when generating a label this morning?

Is anyone else receiving the message in red "USPS Experiencing issues" when purchasing a shipping label this morning?  The message appears underneath the service category.  I need to ship an order but am afraid to try because of this message.

I have seen this read warning twice and I did not have any issues printing the labels. They were labels for eBay Standard Envelope.
