Anyone Else Having Issues with Amazon Courier Tracking Numbers Not Working?

Some items we use Amazon as a Courier Service and we get assigned a TBA tracking number.  Amazon courier service will say the item is delivered with photographic proof.

**bleep** buyers get the item but open up a claim that it is not recieved.  EBAY rules in their favor.  One case I chewed out Amazon and the driver swore he delivered the package.  He even went back to the house to took a photo.  Sent that to ebay saying delivery photo and whole house photo match.  Still lost bc Amazon Tracking number isnt working.

What are you seller's doing to combat this?

This is the first I have heard of Amazon Courier Services for shipping items. I doubt many sellers here use it.

We pay a fair amount of money for it...amazon ends up just opening up an insurance claim and eventually we get refunded for the item.  We are losing money in the sense time we waisted going through the claim process with ebay/amazon.

A lot of sellers have their inventory stored at Amazon and use their fulfillment services.

Why would Amazon tracking numbers work on Ebay.

There's a site you can use to convert Amazon tracking numbers to USPS tracking numbers.

Most of the Amazon dropshippers use it to hide they are dropshipping from Amazon.

Hi can you  share  the websites to convert Amazon tracking numbers to USPS tracking numbers.

is  that ok with ebay  as well or may it be against ebay policy

I'm.havjng tha same.issue. I.try to.track.my package and it tells me my package cannot be found

 I've contacted Amazon and they are no.help

Edit: I removed my earlier reply, because it appears that company's tracking numbers are no longer acceptable for eBay transactions.

Unless you have specific approval from ebay to use 3rd party fulfillment, thank you for telling ebay you violate their terms of service. Amazon is not an approved carrier nor provides tracking capability outside of its own internal systems.

What you're doing is dropshipping from Amazon, which is not allowed.

Sorry, but I don't help Amazon dropshippers violate Ebay policies.

@kalyoth, can you provide a link that documents this? I found a link to a different eBay website that says this, but it doesn't apply to sales on eBay USA (ebay.com) because I couldn't find the same page here.

I don't think that this is correct on eBay USA, because eBay USA specifically lists Amazon Logistics as an integrated shipping carrier for eBay transactions:

If the item is being shipped via Amazon the shipping details need to show as such since it is an approved shipper.
