Advice regarding a strange package

I received an eBay package containing a softcover book of The Hobbit from someone in Missouri.

Except I don't know anyone from Missouri, nor have I ordered an packages from anyone in Missouri who's order could've been mixed up with mine.

I would simply toss the item away, but I'm wondering why this person would have my address at all.

Any advice??

Sounds like you have been shipped something in the 'same zip code' as someone who probably paid $3000+ for something; and when said buyer opens a 'not received' return; the 'tracking will show "something has been delivered". 

From you end?? Ignore it. Throw it away. It's NOT your deal.
