Adding a second tracking number to a listing

Hello,

One of my orders to USA are still on transit as shown in the tracking website (tracking number does not affiliate with eBay website). As eBay shows the order has to arrived approximately before 24.05.2021. 

Can I send another item to the buyer via expedited shipping method (cost will be beard by myself) and add the new tracking number to eBay site? does it violates any eBay policies? 

or else what is the best thing that I can do?

You can do that, but eBay will give you a late shipping mark because they'll look at the new label, not the old label for the date you shipped.

An alternative option is to ship it and send the buyer the tracking number through eBay messages.

If you want the tracking tied to the transaction in case of any claims filed, then your account can withstand one late shipping mark. Check your Dashboard first to see where your account stands.
