Has anyone had their account restrictions Ted for needing to upload shipping information but yet? I purchased rbays shipping label which they say automatically uploads tracking info then they redtrivted my account saying I need to upload tracking info which is already uploaded what the hell did I pay for then? Why is my account redtricted when the info is there plain as day then the agent tells me it’s normal ! What that they false advertise their shipping labels ? Can I get my money back ? Nothing but problems with every order so far I will not recommend eBay to anyone for anything

How is it being restricted?
You have sold two items, both somewhat high priced. Did you have signature conformation on either of them, which is required for anything over $750?
You are a new or returning seller, you have only sold 2 items in the past 90 days, so would be subject to the up to 30 day holds on payouts.
or-
Did one of the buyers open a return that you didn't respond to, so eBay stepped in and refund the buyer?
or-
Did one of the buyers open an item not received case and you didn't respond to the message with the information requested to prove delivery and buyer got refunded?
These are user boards, other buyers and sellers helping. We are not eBay employees so cannot see your account information.

Thank you no none of the aforementioned they fixed it it was because they didn’t have tracking info don’t know why because me and buyer both could see it in our accounts but it’s fixed thank you for trying to help me though

You’re right I’m sorry I was aggravated earlier and was typing angrily .
