Your biggest problem is trying to figure out how you are going to be paid, since you can't use Pay Pal to receive money.

someone told me to wait until i received a email from ebay about the payment methode 🙄.That's why i'm still using paypal. ☹️

Until your government allows you to accept incoming foreign funds into paypal you can not legally accept funds, please be careful, I do not know what the penalties in Sri Lanka are for breaking this law.

Who told you that? I think you should actively contact Ebay about your issue, cause I don't think they will send you email. They're sooooo busy.

All sellers receive notice from eBay when a buyer has paid

No one here is going to be able to help you with your shipping issues because we don't know anything about your postal system or the cost to ship.  Meanwhile you are going to have major difficulties because Sri Lankans cannot receive PayPal payments from buyers  due to PayPal restrictions. Many buyers still use PayPal to fund their purchases.
