I used to face with that problem before. When I refreshed the page or went to ebay by new tab, it worked. Have you tried it?

Sometimes we couldn't get what we want, cause it's life .Can I ask the reason why you need the seller's feedback?I think you can contact seller through messages and ask them about that. It's kind like a way for you.
