last week when I go to print only one shipping label it no longer lines up. If I print 2 or more at once using the Bulk option its fine. I have tried everything I can think of. I use self stick labels, 2 to a page printing. If I try to print a single, the label print vertical and although most prints, the return address lines the first letters are missing and the scan tracking is there but the post office has trouble scanning some.
I'm unable to call Ebay until next week because I have guests visiting. I'm hoping maybe there's an easy fix and I'm just over looking it. Thanks!

Hi @ca42388 . There's a current bug with format on single labels. It's been happening for about a week.
Until it's fixed I suggest using the bulk flow. Single labels can be purchased through the bulk label flow. Just open up bulk shipping, check all except the one you want to buy a label for and delete the rest. That's how you can do it one-at-a-time in bulk.
Hope that helps until eBay gets this fixed.

Thanks for the reply. I must have been in limbo until a full upgrade for shipping was done.
The bulk shipping was working fine as long as I had at least 2 sales or more to ship. But single shipments, did not work when I tried using bulk.
Now I have to just get use to the new changes. Thank you again!

The formatting issue was fixed last week for single labels @ca42388 . If you're still having problems, you'll need to reset your label size settings.
On the label purchase page first make sure your label options are expanded (text is slightly different from below screenshot - it now says 'switch to advanced shipping'):

I can't print 2 shipping labels per page. A shipping label blows up to the full size of the 8 1/2" x10" paper! My format is set for 4" x 6". I contacted eBay yesterday and waiting for support to get back to me and I thought it was my lap top!

See my post above with screenshots @goodnu9 . If you want 2 labels per page you have to change your settings from 4x6 to 8x11 letter.

Hi kyle@ebay . Above poster is all set thanks to the help they received here, but can you have their CS contact reviewed for coaching?
1. Front line CS should be able to look up in their help docs how to adjust label size/format for printing and help any seller with that question. This isn't the first time this has come up with lack of CS help in relation to label printing issues solved by changing label size.
2. CS told this seller they'd receive a call back from the tech team within 48 hours which we both know was just a line so they could move on to the next call. It's like when CS tells users tech issues will be resolved in 24-48 hours which is just a way to get them off the phone and hope the person figured it out on their own. All that does is frustrate buyers/sellers when the problem is not fixed and they don't receive the promised call.
