I sold two items to the same buyer yesterday. Germany, I think. She was charged $5.95 shipping for the first item and $1 for the second. Which is exactly the way I have it set up.
I generated a shipping label and it was around $6. Fine.
I look at my payments in eBay today, and I see that they charged me $23 for the label....not the $6 it quoted when I did this yesterday.
What happened? This same buyer has shown up again this morning with a purchase of 2 items. Once again, she paid $5.95 shipping for the first one and $1 for the second. See the screenshot - it's quoting $6.25 for this package. I thought the international buyers were supposed to pick up the difference in shipping and I was only responsible for the domestic half. Isn't that right?
Whoops. Please delete my post. The $23 was taken from another foreign purchase that did not use the eBay shipping program. My bad. All is well! 😎
