7/12 Buyer opened case for missing item in shipment now won't reply

I sent 4 items in one shipment.  Buyer claims one item missing. I responded with how the trade cards were packaged and put inside the shipping box with 3 metal items.  No response.  Buyer filed case.  I responded twice.  Buyer not responded.  Case is still open because buyer won't respond.  What should I do?  Not sure that I am reading the site correctly.  Does this case stay open forever?  Do I share case # with you?  Don't understand Resolution Center.... limited choices, what to write, how much detail....

If buyer filed an INAD, you have 3 days to accept the return and provide return shipping or refund the buyer without returning the items.

On the 4th day, buyer can have Ebay step in and they could refund the buyer from your Pay Pal account and let them keep the item. plus give you a defect for not handling the return.
