4x6 thermal label orientation issues when using multi-order shipping

Hey folks,

I find it hard to believe that issue has not been fixed yet after 8 months.

When I use multi-order shipping and generate labels onto the 4x6 thermal label printer the batch comes out the wrong orientation.....the work around......is to reprint the labels in the batch which then orient correctly.

This is the same on any browser.

I spoke to ebay tech support today and they said they are aware of it but there is no current fix.

Is this true?   I cant believe it would go this long

What type of label are you printing, USPS?

What OS, browser, and printer model are you using?

Are you sure your browser is opening PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader?

I am currently using the Mac OS 12.5.1 which is current.

Same result on with either Safari or Firefox

If I print a single label it works fine, if I reprint labels they work fine......it's just the first go around on printing directly from ebay.

It's a bug for sure......but it's also been a long time....so I am sure there must be a way to fix it by now

This is a known issue with MAC OS and Firefox or Safari.   Firefox has supposedly fixed it in V106, although it hasn't been released yet, but should be shortly.  However, you'll still probably need to use Adobe to open the file.

Only workaround for now would be to save the labels to a PDF file then open and print outside the browser.
