I sold an item through eBay's global shipping program with UPS. I added the tracking number to the order and for some reason now there are two different tracking numbers for the shipment. One has no tracking updates other than tracking number provided and one says there is an issue with delivery. Please help, I want to make sure I get my money in case one tracking number never updates since it says it is now shipped in 2 different packages.

You have a tracking number for the package when you shipped it to the GPS Center in Erlanger, KY. Once those folks get it and repackage it, there is another tracking number for the package to go to your buyer in his/her country.

As long as it made it to the shipping center in KY you're covered. If for some reason the package is lost after that then ebay is responsible. If the buyer opens an item not received case then you would call ebay customer service to make sure they take note the item made it to their shipping center. They should then close the case.
