dear community members i was buy a Mazda cx-9 navigation SD card from UK ,in December, but this card is not match with my car, so i create a return request on eBay ,and also try to contact seller on 13 January 2019 but still not get proper reply from seller .so now what can i do ... please help

If your seller is not responding to the case, escalate the claim to Ebay.
